Looking at the data, you notice that overall enrollment at the university system is at its highest in eight years, despite declines at all campuses except for the Twin Cities campus.
After adjusting for a new parameter included in the 2023 index, 15 out of 20 states recorded lower 2023 scores compared to 2019.
The Duluth campus is down 325 students compared to last fall, straining an already-buttressed budget.
According to the report, FSSAI evaluated states’ performance based on data from the last financial year. While some parameters may be subject to modifications based on the latest activities and initiatives of FSSAI and other unforeseen topics, the core parameters remain consistent.
