Dekalb students surprised with free trip to SCAD film festival -
DeKalb County School District (DCSD) will send 22 high school students to Savannah School of Art and Design’s (SCAD) annual film festival in Savannah, Georgia on Oct. 28 - 30.Officials from SCAD surprised the students with an announcement about the trip on Oct. 11 at DeKalb History Center.The trip came through a collaboration with DCSD, SCAD, and DeKalb Entertainment Commission
