Back on the process a little bit for us, what happens next after today's hearing? >> well, we still have to see exactly what the process is going to look like, we need to get through this hearing. we will have the intel committee present their report to the judiciary committee, the minority counsel will also have a chance to present their report. the president has not engaged at all and he wasn't here today. he could have been here, his counsel could have been here today. so we'll see if they come. but assuming we get that presentation at that point we would look at all of the evidence on the ...
