40/29 Chief Meteorologist Darby Bybee says we're in for a chilly, windy, and rainy evening across Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley. But, all that moves out for Thursday.
Widespread showers and storms will be occurring just to our west over the Texas/Louisiana border and northern Louisiana Tuesday. These storms will eventually make their way eastward Tuesday night through Wednesday ahead of a cold front. There will be the potential for scattered severe storms over the Lower Mississippi Valley where the majority of the viewing area is placed under an enhanced risk (3/5) for severe weather in orange below.
