Proposed Virginia Beach apartment project is igniting a debate
Franklin Johnston Group is applying for a conditional rezoning permit to build an apartment project called the Silo at Southern Pines. The plans call for approximately 400 units including around 50 that will be “workforce housing,” offered at 25% below market rate.

Virginia Beach to consider rezoning farm land for medical manufacturing company
