Der Unterschied besteht allerdings darin, dass nicht pauschal die Fahrt in die Innenstadt Geld kostet. Die Gebühr wird stattdessen erhoben, wenn Autofahrerinnen und Autofahrer HauptverkehrsstraÃen benutzen, die besonders stark frequentiert sind â das könnte also zum Beispiel die Innere KanalstraÃe, die RheinuferstraÃe und die Aachener StraÃe betreffen. Die Stadtverwaltung soll in einem ersten Schritt prüfen, welche StraÃen besonders stauanfällig und somit für die Abgabe geeignet sind.
