Talked a lot during the january six committee hearings that he and nationally cooperated there. he provided the text messages that form the basis for much of the work that the committee did uncovering part of the schemes that are now the subject for most state and federal prosecutions. but then he reached a point where he quit cooperating, and the committee even asked the justice department to prosecute him for his failure to comply with subpoenas. something that doj chose not to do in his case. so, now, we have something a little bit similar here. history seems to repeat itself. we don t know if he s cooperating in one place or if he s been rebuffed by fani willis. but clearly, he s a defendant here in weather hill, ultimately cooperation remains to be seen. intriguing. thanks again to both of you. jill wine-banks, joyce vance. still ahead, seeing a donald trump head shot, today s been an experience for a lot of people. including the members of congress, who were inside the capitol ....

Over the constitution, and i chose the constitution. joining us now former republican congressman david jolly of florida. so, david, there s so much to unpack here. i don t know where to start. i guess we could do the tepid responses to mike pence s constitutional action on january 6th, but then, you know, big picture i was surprised more candidates didn t go after the front runner on the front stage, not the front-runner in the race because that s donald trump but ron desantis. what do gnaw make of that? i was fascinated by that exchange because the crowd actually cheered and affirmed mike pence. i suspected he might have been booed because of the trump dynamic in the race, so that was a little intriguing. mike pence had a good night for mike pence. he showed he deserve today be in the race as a former vice president. put some people to sleep, but, look, he did well. it was fascinating people didn t ....
