据顺德区检察院介绍，2019年4月，刘鹏与前妻协议离婚，双方约定3岁的儿子小明随母亲生活，刘鹏需每个月支付3000元抚养费，直至小明年满18岁。上述协议经顺德区法院司法确认生效。
判决生效后，刘鹏仅在2019年5月支付了1000元，再未支付其他抚养费，后移居外地并把登记在法院的手机号码销号。前妻多次通过微信等渠道联系刘鹏，要求其履行离婚协议支付儿子的抚养费未果，遂三次向顺德区法院申请执行。顺德区法院依法立案执行并作出裁定，多次向刘鹏发出执行通知书，责令其向法院申报财产状况、履行法律文书所确定的全部义务，但因联系不上刘鹏，文书无法送达。
法院调查发现，刘鹏自2019年8月至2020年11月期间一直有大额交易，包括酒店、酒吧、超市、汽车美容消费等，认为刘鹏有能力支付抚养费却拒不执行法院的裁定，遂将 ....
