Nigeria and Cameroon-based healthtech startup Healthlane is charting another path for itself. On Tuesday, after months of silence, the startup informed stakeholders and community members that it had changed its business model.
Per Nasdaq, Swvl now has until September 25 to raise the value of its publicly-held shares. Its CFO, Youssef Salem, as well as board members Steve Albrecht and Gbenga Oyebode, have also resigned.
