Willmar, Minnesota, assessment hearing continued for 13 property owners who objected

Objectors included caretakers for two cemeteries, one of which was assessed $82,181 and the other assessed $26,170. The Willmar City Council approved adopting the remainder of the assessment roll after closing the public hearing.

Residents spoke and Willmar City Council listened about sidewalks along Grace Avenue, 23rd Street

During a public hearing Dec. 19 regarding Willmar's 2023 street improvement project, residents opposed the installation of a new sidewalk along Grace Avenue Southwest, but were in favor of adding a sidewalk to 23rd Street Southeast.
