Andrew G. Laduke, 33, Plattsburgh, was charged at 2:25 p.m. for Speed in Zone. Subject was going 45 mph in a 30 mph speed zone on East Main Street. Subject was issued a uniform traffic ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court date.
Friday, March 12
Michael J. Labarr, 22, Bombay, was charged at 7:27 p.m. for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd – Intent to Sell (B Felony). Defendant was found to be in possession of 7 bricked packages containing 350 packets of a white powdery substance inside that field tested positive for fentanyl/heroin following an investigation from a welfare check at the Gouverneur Mcdonald’s parking lot. Defendant was arrested and arraigned before Judge Travis Dann of the Gouverneur Town Court and released on his own recognizance due to the New York State bail reform. ....
