Karins in the weather center. we talked about north carolina. here you have a surfer killed by waves in florida. let s talk about the people trying to be safe. the weather conditions are getting worse in a hurry. i want to focus in for all our viewers in eastern virginia. the storm surge is looking worse than what was expected. richmond is expecting historic storm surge. this is worse than the nor easter in 2009 and isabel which was the benchmark for high water. look down around the norfolk area. we are worried about this region down here. all along the hampton roads area. because the water is piling up. that piles the water up along this coastal area here. that is where the water goes up five to nine feet in the next four hours. that is serious problems. ....
