Isahana Japanese Fusion restaurant continues to welcome a new upbeat atmosphere and international cuisine to the Uptown Greenville, North Carolina, area since it opened its doors to the community on April 23, located at 214 E. 5th Street.
Julia Morris, an East Carolina University alumna, said she’s excited about the addition of a Japanese restaurant in the Uptown area.
Morris said the area needed an international restaurant, as many of the restaurants in Uptown serve American cuisine.
“Last time there was a Mexican restaurant here and that was fun to have some different type of food other than just like hot dogs,” Morris said. ....
