An Oklahoma woman said she has been waiting on her daughter’s birth certificate from the state for nearly two years.

Jan 8, 2021 The Rev. Charles H. Gustafson, 92, of Jamestown, N.Y., and Palm Harbor, Fla., passed away on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, in St. Mark Village, Palm Harbor, Fla. The Rev. Gustafson was born Nov. 29, 1928, in Jamestown, N.Y., a son of the late Harold E. and Arlene Lawson Gustafson. He was a 1946 graduate of Jamestown High School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College, Rock Island, Ill., in 1950 and his Bachelor of Divinity degree from the Augustana Theological Seminary in 1954.
