In that judgment, the government has been ordered to pay Ivorr Realty approximately five point six million dollars for a one-hundred and two-acre parcel of Turneffe Island Range, which the company paid a little over twenty-seven thousand dollars for back in 2008, also under a previous P.U.P. government.
