As Finland's foreign minister for the past four years, Pekka Haavisto helped overturn decades of neutrality to bring Finns into NATO. Now, as 'DJ Pexi', he is spinning records to get them onto the dancefloor - and win an election to be president. On Friday night in a trendy Helsinki neighbourhood, Haavisto drew some 200 students to a club.
