Finney EDWARDSVILLE — A woman claims she suffered injuries after a Madison County Highway employee failed to yield the right way at an intersection and collided with her vehicle. Janice Crosnoe filed a complaint May 3 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Jace Scheibal and Madison County Highway, alleging negligence.
