A day that started with a seven-man playoff to reach match play and which featured a bushel full of lower seeds pulling upsets ended with the cream of the crop still left in the 115th Massachusetts Amateur.
Jackson Rivera posted his second straight round under par and his third in has last four while Gavin Aurilia was also under par, the freshman duo pacing the USC men's golf team in the final round of the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate on Sunday (Oct. 24) at the Golf Club of Georgia in Alpharetta. USC finished 14th at 6-over 870 (287-294-289). Pepperdine won the tournament at 42-under 822. Rivera tied for 16th at 5-under 211 (73-68-70), completing his fourth straight tournament as USC's top finisher with his third top 18 result (and fourth in the top 28).
