View Comments Crews are battling a three-alarm fire at a house on W Kathy Street in Stayton, according to a tweet from the Marion area Multiagency Emergency Telecommunications dispatch agency. The fire response has prompted the closure of N 1st Avenue in the area of Shaff Road SE and W Regis Street. Officials are asking the public to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
