Dean Kapsalis, 56, of Hudson, was convicted by a jury last year of second-degree murder, violation of constitutional rights and other charges in the racially motivated slaying of 34-year-old Henry Tapia.
Three years after Henry Tapia died during a road rage incident, the man convicted of his murder was sentenced.
Monday's verdict came after three days of deliberation, preceded by two weeks of testimony from 25 witnesses and 172 exhibits.
