Fire Officials Say if this room was not approved through city codes then it could have been very dangerperson living i. They say unfortunately they see this a lot when they respond to house fires. Tim szymanksi pio, las vegas fire and rescue 19 56 49 13 a lot of times people make conversions to their homes and they dont tell the city about it, a lot of times people take garages and convert them into rooms, they add walls, they put a deck up 19 57 02 05 fire officials tell me they have reached out to the city looking into it. Metro is also out here investigating in case there was any foul play....
