For decades, developers have explored what to do with Underground Atlanta. But now, the long vacant downtown retail center is entering a new phase as a grassroots arts hub, recently hiring set designer Marina Skye and artist Mike Stasny to direct the project. The Pavilion at the former OLBH is seen. Kingâs Daughters Health System is set to purchase the Bellefonte Pavilion for $3 million. According to KDMC, the move will result in relocating 300 jobs and creating 150 new jobs. The Greenup Fiscal Court opened sealed bids on Monday for purchase of the Pavilion.
