The bakery, founded by Juana Williams, will replace Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory on the upper level of the mall. In addition to the bakery’s signature cupcakes, lemon bars and shakes, the Polaris location will offer truffles, dipped apples, an expanded selection of grab-and-go cakes and gift items such as cards and candles. “Sometimes it feels surreal what we’ve built from a part-time side hustle in my kitchen,” Williams said in an announcement.
