At about 2:30am on Saturday, a Missoula Police Officer was driving through the Winco parking lot and recognized a gold 2004 Toyota Camry belonging to 30-year-old Jacob Notar. The officer knew Notar had a felony warrant out for his arrest. Police Public Information Officer Lydia Arnold explains.
“Officers observed Jacob in the area of 2510 South Reserve Street and conducted a stop,” Arnold said. “When Jacob was placed into handcuffs, he would not unclench his fists. Officers were able to unclench his first and a Ziploc back with a brown substance fell to the ground. The preliminary test result of the substance indicated the substance was heroin.” ....
