Courts Watch: St. Cloud man, 25, sentenced for aiding sexual assault
Jacob Robert Darchuk, 31, of St. Cloud, was sentenced April 22 to two years in prison, stayed for five years, for one felony count of domestic assault. One felony count of domestic assault was dismissed. If he breaks terms of probation, he could go to prison. Darchuk was also sentenced in another case to three years in prison, stayed for five years, for one felony count of violating a domestic no contact order and two years and eight months, stayed, for one felony count of violating a no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions.
