Hector, Minnesota, man imprisoned after sixth conviction for failing to register as a predatory offender
Jacob Ryan Kramer, of Hector, was convicted in Renville County District Court of a subsequent violation of failure to register as a predatory offender with the state of Minnesota and sentenced to two years in prison. He failed to register a vehicle.
