PENDLETON â The White Eagle Grange recently scored support for the Pilot Rock High School music department. Gail Wilson, the groupâs treasurer, said the group provided a $250 donation to help with the repair and purchase of instruments. Nikki Shattuck, a six-year White Eagle Grange member and current secretary, shared about the condition of the schoolâs instruments during the Feb. 1 Grange meeting.
