Numbers Talk coming to Eustis Elementary thanks to $2,500 grant
EUSTIS — For someone who never liked math as a child, Jake Broadway is surrounded by numbers. It's part of his job as a math and science coach at Eustis Elementary School. Now Broadway, 36, is ensuring students there will have the opportunity to improve their math skills even more. Broadway is one of 40 teachers in Florida who will receive a $2,500 grant through the State Farm Teacher Assist program, it was announced last week.
