Filipinoamerican, latino, africanamerican, it is an extra ordinary place to represent. How would you describe the relationship between Silicon Valley and washington . Ro khanna it is an emerging relationship. I think there is a frustration in the valley with the type of bureaucracy in washington. In the valley it is defined by a culture you are not afraid to take risks summit to fail risks, to fail. I think people think of washington as riskaverse and cautious. There is a cultural difference. On the flip side i think that people in washington have a real sense of our obligation to the nation. ...
