The City of Fort Stockton called for a runoff election for mayor at a special city council meeting May 15. The runoff for mayor between Paul Casias and James Warnock will take place June 20 at the Pecos County Courthouse Annex on Nelson Street, the same location as the May 6 election. Polls will be open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Early voting will take place June 8-16 at the annex.
