The 164,800-square-foot building was sold by Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin Inc. to Future1 LLC, a Pewaukee group, for $8.2 million.

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin Inc. has sold its former headquarters campus in Greendale for $8.2 million, according to state records.

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin Inc. plans to relocate some of its administrative services and programs to the Summit Place office complex in West Allis when it moves out of its Greendale campus.

Goodwill Industries, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Wisconsin National Guard is hosting a community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Tuesday, June 29 from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the James O. Wright Center for Work and Training on Milwaukee’s northwest side.
