HARRISBURG – The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Darasomalee Thach, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was sentenced on February 23, 2021, to two years of probation, by Chief U.S. District Court Judge John E. Jones III, for conspiring to defraud the United States by failing to pay employment taxes. Thach was ordered to pay $360,897.86 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service.
