Manhattan: In response to “Critics of Dem boss put out ‘job description’ for a new chairman” (May 10): I attended the New York Democratic state committee member meeting in Albany on May 11. Jay Jacobs presided. I am one of those responsible for distributing a yellow flyer that Jacobs held up at this meeting and responded to, spending 20 minutes defending himself. The flyer is a call for state Democratic leadership to fix the state party, which is a mess.
