Climate Change and California's Marine Protected Areas Jamie Blatter will discuss “Climate Change and California’s Marine Protected Areas.” Jamie Blatter serves as the North Coast and Climate Specialist, as well as the Tribal Liaison, for the Marine Protected Area (MPA) Collaborative Network.
