for new leadership Your article says that the Austin Regional Intelligence Center was hacked and its data leaked. The leaked data showed the center was collecting data it shouldn’t have been collecting and was not following its own policies in what data to keep and for how long. The article further states that the data breach revealed this issue not only to the public, but to the center’s top leadership.
