'We swapped the city for life on a remote Scottish farm'
Banchory Farm, in eastern Scotland, is where Jane Manifold, who grew up in Australia, spent three months every other summer as a child, returning with her father and siblings to help her grandparents with the harvest. Now she has her own family, and the working farm has become their home – a vast change from their previous life in Singapore but, five years in, one that they are fully embracing.
