The ceremonies will begin at 10 a.m. Parking will be a squeeze so people should plan extra time to find parking and walk to the park, as vehicle access around the park will be blocked with barriers.
Jane Ryerson said it was important to organizers to ensure that Veterans Honor Roll Park represented "strength and durability for years to come. Just like the American soldier."
