Voters make choices in Chester County for school board, municipal seats
Countywide, 159,644 ballots were cast, from 377,759 registered voters, for a 42 percent turnout. Most, 116,550 residents, voted in person. As of late morning Wednesday, all of those votes at the polls had been tallied.
