The Georgia Court of Appeals has tentatively set arguments for Oct. 4 in an effort by former President Donald Trump to remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the 2020 election-related case.
The judge overseeing the sprawling case against former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants is expected to announce any day now whether he's disqualified Fani Willis.
Fani Willis, who is prosecuting the Georgia 2020 election case against Donald Trump, acknowledged a romantic relationship with a special prosecutor but denies improperly benefiting from it.
Plaintiffs in the case are trying to have Dominion touch-screen voting machines banned in Georgia.
