Share this article London-based design studio Objest has launched a PETA-approved vegan watch using a fruit leather strap on Kickstarter. The 42mm stainless steel automatic Hach V is secured on a strap made from apple skins, sourced as a byproduct of apple juicing in Northern Italy. Given the environmentally friendly theme, 10% of the profits from the project will be split between three charities; World Land Trust, FRIEND and The Farm Animal Sanctuary.
