BIRMINGHAM – A Pinson man was killed on Monday following a single-vehicle crash on Highway 280. According to WBRC News, 36-year-old Jason Hallmark, who was driving a commercial vehicle, veered off the roadway and struck a concrete culver at about 1:11 p.m. Monday. The fatal accident took place on U.S. 280 at mile marker 26. Details surrounding the crash are limited. Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency are investigating the accident.
