1-year-old taken by non-custodial father still missing, MEPA expired
BILLINGS, Mont. - A Missing Endangered Person Advisory has expired for a 1-year-old baby, however, he has not been located at this time. Jaxtyn Guy is about 30 inches long and weighs 22 pounds and has light hair and blue eyes.
