Annual Valparaiso service lauds work of police officers
The memorial program is one of the department’s most significant and meaningful programs of the year, said Sheriff David Reynolds, and was even more significant this year, particularly since, because of the pandemic, he wasn’t certain until two weeks ago whether he could have it at all.
