The Virginia men’s basketball team lost its third game in a row, as the No. 15 Cavaliers were upset 68-61 at home against NC State on Wednesday night. Jay Huff had 19 points, 11 rebounds, and five blocks for the 'Hoos.

Cam Hayes banked in a 35-foot three-pointer, pretty much summing up tonight's 68-61 N.C. State win over Virginia here in John Paul Jones Arena.

Virginia fought back from a 14-point first half deficit to lead in the second half, but N.C. State sent the ‘Hoos to their third straight loss, 68-61.

It was at No. 15 Virginia on Wednesday night where they turned some heads. DJ Funderburk scored nine of his 14 points in the second half and the Wolfpack opened a big lead and held off every challenge the Cavaliers had to offer in a 68-61 victory.
