Mineral County on COVID vaccine: No doses being wasted Mineral Daily News-Tribune Tribune Managing Editor KEYSER - The Mineral County Health Department has thus far distributed 421 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, with 55 of those being the second-round “boost” doses required as part of the regimen.
