An investigation by state wildlife officers led to a conviction on charges of aggravated criminal littering, according to a news release from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
A TWRA spokesperson says 23-year-old Jayson Hood confessed to dumping several bags of trash, tires, a muffler, and a portion of a car frame.
Wildlife officers said they received a complaint about illegal trash dumping the morning of March 28.
