Pine Bluff detectives have identified a third suspect in the July 16 double homicide at 2303 W. 17th Ave., where two teenagers were killed and a third wounded.
A teenager wanted on multiple felonies, including a July 16 double homicide, surrendered to authorities at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to Pine Bluff police.
A Jefferson County District Judge found probable cause to hold two brothers suspected of capital murder in jail without bond during their first hearing Wednesday morning.
Detectives with the Pine Bluff Police Department have identified 19-year-old Trenton Xavion Rogers and 19-year-old Jayvion Marquet Williams as suspects in the two murders that occurred on July 16, at 2303 W. 17th Ave.
