Manning is the only candidate running in the party’s leadership race thus far who has not served as a politician. He’s currently the founder of J & E Enterprises Limited, a Newfoundland-based civil construction firm.
“Even though I receive no income from the store, I called the Ethics Commission to seek their advice and counsel,” Chief of Staff Ed Correira said.
