The Oct. 6 First Friday Art Walk Sequim color theme is orange — a warm, spicy, energizing, appetizing, sweet, zesty color that inspires optimism and activity. Participants will find works of art and folks supporting the option to dress in shades of orange or spicy fall colors as they enjoy an evening on the town with friends and family.
Glass artist Sheri Whetstine, potter Janet Piccola and painter Jean Glaser will curate the gallery windows with fine art related to “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” the Blue Whole Gallery’s exhibit for October.
The color theme for the First Friday Art Walk Sequim on Jan. 6 is silver, with hints of black and white, to celebrate the New Year filled with idealistic goals for the future, optimistic hope, and civic reflection.
