Three blocks of Clay Avenue in Jeannette are set to be shut down Saturday for the annual Glass City Heritage Festival. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is sponsored by the Jeannette Business Association. During that time, there will be performances by the Jeannette
